I had a lovely time in the garden, real lush spot! The staff were proper friendly, always smiling. But the food, mate, kinda hit and miss—some days lovely, other days not so much. Still, had a good vibe overall!

Had a decent stay, loved the tasty food, especially the Turkish Night and found the grounds really pretty. I was disheartened by the outdated room cleanliness.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the outdoor pools and the children's area. My granddaughter loved playing table tennis and darts. The surroundings were delightful, with plenty of greenery. A special thank you goes to Adil for making us feel so welcomed during our visit.

My wife says that the beach access could be improved for families with children.

The garden view from my room offered a serene atmosphere that was refreshing. I appreciated the pool area which was inviting and well maintained. the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions and local shops.

Checking in took ages, the food was uninspired, and and we faced unclean dining areas.

Standard room was comfortable, but air conditioning broke for one night.

The gardens and grounds of the hotel were pristine and provided a calming atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. The all-inclusive meal service offered a limited selection, with the buffet often serving cold food and no variety, especially during dinner. While the ambiance was inviting, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially for those who enjoy diverse culinary options.

The sandwiches at the poolside snack bar were surprisingly tasty, the kind that makes you forget about your worries! Plus, the surrounding gardens were stunning, offering a little oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The ambiance was nice and welcoming, perfect for family bonding.

But, oh boy, the pools could use a little TLC—left dirty way too often! And don't even get me started on the food. it was bland and pretty cheap for all-inclusive. The drinks felt watered down, and the DJ was more noise than vibe.

I enjoyed the tranquility in the area with beautiful gardens. I had a fun time engaging in darts. The pools provided a good escape to relax with the family. One night, I asked for assistance at the front desk concerning a terrace door issue, but conversations were challenging due to language barriers.

The staff had limited English skills, making communication difficult. The meal options lacked variety, which made dining less enjoyable.

Beach towels are only available between 9 AM and noon, which can be a hassle if you arrive before check-in at 2 PM. The air conditioning in the room doesn’t seem reliable. ours broke down and left us sweating through a night of 34 degrees without any resolution from the hotel. Food choices often feel repetitive, and the burger and chips served during the extra buffets ran out before we could get any, leaving us waiting over half an hour. The beach is a bit of a trek, requiring a 5-10 minute walk, and it closes by 6:30 PM, which isn't clear upon arrival. while there were enjoyable moments, conveniences felt lacking.
